JOB PURPOSE: The role holder is responsible for designing and producing creative content for both internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s branding and marketing objectives.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design and production of visual and audio materials for marketing and corporate communications.
- Develop creative artworks, photos, videos, and layouts for print and digital media.
- Ensure all design projects align with the Bank’s branding guidelines.
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Illustrate creative concepts by selecting typefaces, color schemes, and design styles.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet design requirements for various projects.
- Keep up to date with design trends and recommend new creative approaches
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a first degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or Branding is an advantage.
