POSITION: Supervisor, Information Security Operations Centre

JOB PURPOSE: The role holder is responsible for performing information security operations activities to ensure protection of CBG's information assets from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets at all times

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the monitoring of firewalls, endpoint security and network traffic for abnormal activity and execute corrective actions in response to alerts triggered
• Supervise regular security reviews of network and system changes to meet functional requirements
• Conduct quarterly bank-wide VAPT scans of systems and network devices to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities, and facilitate remediation
• Supervise the resolution of security vulnerabilities identified via VAPT exercises
• Conduct system hardening assessment of network servers and other infrastructure to ensure compliance to standards
• Review and investigate unauthorized and/or failed network connection attempts blocked by Network Access Control (CISCO ISE)
• Facilitate the implementation of security solutions to enhance system/application security
• Extract relevant data from security monitoring tools to support periodic threat and protection status reports

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

• First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related course.
• Four (4) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Information Security & Risk Management required.
