JOB PURPOSE. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs and opportunities into solutions which can be delivered to enable business growth and efficiency.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business analysis activities, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and documentation, and solution development.
- Provide support to the business in developing and maintaining business cases, user stories, and requirements documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions and vendors. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain business architecture and models.
- Develop plans to enable the provision of business requirements, processes and solutions as per expected timelines.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure the accurate scoping of projects by working with business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Monitor, evaluate and identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and Project Change Management team to implement process changes.
- Identify, analyze, understand and negotiate multiple stakeholders needs and expectations.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in for provided solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to stakeholders to enable the translation of business expectations into project solutions.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable format.
- Address all Business Analysis related audit exceptions within the agreed timeframe
- Identify and propose processes to improve the conduction of Business Analysis within the Bank, as well as updates and modifications to these.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
QUALIFICATION/EXPE RIENCE:
- A Minimum of a first degree in Technology, Business Administration or related course.
- A Masters' Degree will be an added advantage
- Professional Certification in PRINCE 2 Project Management Methodology/ PMP required
- Agile Certification is a plus
- Business Analysis certification is an advantage
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management and business analysis.
