POSITION: Personal Relationship Officer

JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for the acquisition and relationship management of retail accounts for income and balance sheet growth

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell Bank's retail products and services to build sustainable income
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty
• Guide customers on the loan application process and follow through to ensure disbursement, repayment and recovery
• Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products and services to existing and prospective clients to increase customer’s wallet share
• Prepare periodic reports for Management attention and decision making.

 QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree

• A minimum of four (4) years’ working experience in a teller role or similar role in a financial institution
