POSITION: Officer, Technology Service Delivery

JOB PURPOSE: The role holder ensures that the IT services provided by vendors and service providers are functioning efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the bank’s staff and customers.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors IT services and the bank’s software applications to ensure optimal performance in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Works closely with other IT teams and departments to deploy IT services, software applications and IT Assets across the bank.
- Supports the maintenance and upgrades of IT services in line with policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintains and updates the IT Assets Register.
- Maintains and updates the IT Service Catalog including prioritizing service requests and ensuring that all IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supports the documentation of all IT service delivery processes and their communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and new service technologies to ensure that the bank's services are optimized and efficient.
- Conducts regular reviews of IT Services and reporting on key performance indicators.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related course
- At least three(3) years in a similar role.
- Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation, etc.)
- Service Management Certification(s) in cloud computing is an added advantage
