POSITION: END USER SUPPORT OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: TECHNOLOGY - IT OPERATIONS/ IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

JOB PURPOSE: The role holder is responsible for providing quick assistance, troubleshooting and resolution of end-user IT related issues.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides first level on-site IT Support for all software and hardware related issues to facilitate IT services to end-users.
- Manages the Incident and Request Schedule and updates progress of resolution.
- Performs hardware deployments and replacements when required.
- Provides training to end-users on how to use the bank’s software and systems when required.
- Prepares reports on end user activities for management attention.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and recommends improvements to existing systems and processes
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related course
- At least two (2) years banking experience with at least two (2) years in a similar role.
- Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation, etc.)
